Follow the instructions included with your unit and selected cartridges before first use.
1. Prepare your system
Fit the tap and selected cartridges, then complete the priming and flushing steps specified in the supplied instructions.
2. Fill the upper chamber
Add cold or room-temperature drinking water. Gravity moves water through the fitted cartridges into the lower chamber.
3. Dispense from the tap
Draw water from the lower chamber using the tap. Follow the supplied guidance for refilling and routine care.

No. It is a gravity-fed benchtop system that operates without a connection to household plumbing or electricity.
Which capacity should I choose?
Use the household guide shown in the capacity selector as a starting point. Consider your daily water use, refilling routine and available bench space before selecting.
What are the cartridge options?
The product is offered with Smart Carbon Cartridges or Smart Carbon + Fluoride Removal. Review the configuration and follow the instructions supplied for the cartridges you choose.
Is a stand included?
A stand is optional. Your selected variant states whether it includes no stand, a teak wood stand or a stainless steel stand. Check that selection before ordering.
How do I set it up?
Follow the supplied instructions to assemble the chambers, tap and cartridges. Complete the priming and flushing steps for your cartridge type before use.
How often do I replace the cartridges?
Use the replacement schedule in the instructions for the cartridges supplied with your system. Cartridge types have different care requirements. Contact us to confirm the correct replacement.
How should I clean the system?
Follow the supplied care instructions for the housing, tap and each cartridge type. Keep cartridge cleaning separate from housing cleaning; do not use a single method for every component.
Can I use cartridges or parts from an Aimex dispenser?
Compatibility must be confirmed for the particular part and system. Do not assume an Aimex dispenser cartridge, tank or mineral disk fits a Phoenix. Check the accessory listing or contact us before ordering.
How do I check delivery to my address?
Review our shipping policy and the charges shown at checkout. The policy includes location restrictions and does not accept PO boxes. Contact us for a quote if your location requires one.
What should I do if I have a product or warranty problem?
